I analyze your current infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing the necessary upgrades to enhance performance, security, and scalability.

Moreover, as an interim CTO, I focus on product management to drive your company's growth. I work closely with your stakeholders and management team to understand your business objectives and align them with your product roadmap. By leveraging my extensive industry knowledge and expertise, I help you develop and execute strategies that maximize your product's potential, creating a competitive edge in the market.

Sparring with team and organisation to ensure the correct tech is in order

Help pick a technical stack that works for the products channels / devices and internal IT operations

Reviewing and scoping the technical architecture of your product

Strategic partner to management

I will remove the "worry" about the technical aspect of your business - by translating, planning and executing the technical aspects and pitfalls to the management team
